Our experience shows that Small and Medium Sized Enterprises (SMEs) are usually established and built up by individuals or teams of people that have excellent skills and knowledge in marketing, sales, engineering, design, manufacturing, retailing, etc. but require help in areas such as: finance, preparing contracts, general management etc. and are unable to afford this help on a full-time basis.

 

Our aim at Saxford Management Services is therefore to assist the owner/director, or management team, in these non-core areas, allowing them to concentrate their efforts on running their business but also to provide an external “overview” of the Company.

 

Using the training and knowledge built up in excess of twenty years in senior management positions within both manufacturing and service sectors, plus over ten years providing external consultancy services to SMEs, Kevin Younger A.C.M.A., a Chartered Management Accountant, is able to bridge the gap between the needs of the clients for assistance with financial and general management issues and its fulfilment in a practical and cost effective manner.

 

This can be by way of a one-off project, or as an on-going service, tailored to the specific requirements of the client. All fees are agreed in advance on a fixed basis. There are no hourly rates and no charge is made for an initial meeting.
